OUR TERMS OF SERVICES

Main Conditions

Before commissioning or getting a quote from us, you must read through the terms of service.


MAIN TERMS

This will create a legal bond between us that you must follow when we are in the commission process.

  1. You must be over the age of 18. If we feel the need to, we may ask for some form of ID to verify. 
  2. NSFW work is discouraged and NSFW alterations to a currently existing suit is a definite NO. We are able to do NSFW additions to suits we make, but this will be discussed beforehand, remember though if we say NO, it is final. Any attempt to evade or argue against this may result in your commission being refused or terminated if in progress, your money refunded minus material costs, and you as an entity blacklisted. 
  3. Improper use of a fursuit can lead to health conditions up and to including death. We cannot be held accountable for any accidents, injuries, hospitalizations, and the like, when misusing our product. (Be mindful that when fursuiting, you can get pretty hot, and your vision is restricted. Practice Caution and be sensible.)
  4. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or illegal, will result in termination of this contract. Your funds will be returned, but the deposit kept (if materials have been bought) and you will be blacklisted and reported. 


ALLERGIES

If you have any allergies, it is paramount that you let us know before we begin, we cannot accommodate or adjust for what we do not know.

  1. Pets
    1.  All our makers stay in houses that have dogs and cats! If you are allergic to either we recommend not commissioning us. (If you do commission us and have a reaction, you do so knowingly and agree to waive any responsibilities to us that this would incur.) 
  2. Materials
    1. If you have any allergies to materials that we might use (paints, glues, cleaning materials, etc.) please advise ahead of time, so that we can use alternative materials, or in the case that we are unable, we will discuss the process moving forward. (If you do not make us aware and have a reaction, you do so knowingly and agree to waive any responsibilities to us that this would incur.) 

Quotes and Reference Sheet

QUOTES

We require the quote letter to be completed before we can give an accurate quote. 

  1. All quotes are final and will not be negotiated if you decide to accept the commission slot. 
  2. If you contact us for a rough quote through any other means, these will still be accepted. 
  3. All quotes are a rough estimate and prices may change before the completion of your product. 


REFERENCE MATERIALS

Reference sheet must be of your character only. 

  1. We will not do work of characters that you do not own, or from photos of other fursuits. 
  2. If you are found to be using artwork that's either traced or otherwise copied from another character, your commission will be refused, your money returned your slot will be given to someone else. 
  3. A free base can be used when it comes to the reference sheet. 

Payments

PAYMENT SYSTEMS

  1. The main payment system we use is PayPal - this way both us as the service provider and you as the client are protected.
  2. We can take payments via Bank Transfers (local to Australia only) and/or cash payments (Local to Perth/attending Con Spaces Only)


PART PAYMENTS and PAYMENT PLANS

  1. For a Payment Plan, we require a 50% deposit upfront to cover material costs, shipping to our site, etc. Prior to starting your suit. All payment plans must be completed prior to the finalization of your suit and no products will be be sent or released until payment is complete.
  2. If you are unable to pay the deposit up front, we are unable to accept your commission, you are welcome to reattempt later, but payment is the responsibility of the client.

Updates and Progress

You are welcome to request photo updates whenever you would like, though requesting photos more than 5 times in a week is unacceptable.


Please remember that our team work Full-time and Part-time jobs, we are very busy and will send you the photos when we have a free period. Suits, props and other products are completed in a timely manner, if your commission has not yet been started, please check the trello queue or channel for updates.


Updates are also given on TikTok, Telegram and other social platforms regularly.


Just as you would like to hear from us, we would like to hear from you, clear communication throughout the process will ensure that the process goes smoothly. If we are unable to contact you after 3 months, your commission will be treated as abandoned and the suit sold on. 

Suit Repairs

WARRANTY

All costumes have a 6 Months warranty; during which we will repair damages to the costume caused by any defects such as materials or fitting problems for the cost shipping (see repairs) (if local, we can discuss handovers instead). This also applies to fursuit props.


REPAIRS and READJUSTMENTS

We will only repair the part that is damaged/ needs adjusting, all other parts that do not require work remain with you. If a suit/ part/ prop is returned to us in an unfit state, we will return it back to you immediately and your warranty will become void. If this happens you may be blacklisted from future commissions. The magic-word is "Pufferfish", if the fursuit needs readjusting, please ensure it is sent back within a month or purchase for alterations.


USAGE

If the suit is found to have been used in a manner which by a. the client has misused the suit in a means by which the suit has become damaged due to reckless behaviour, b. the suit has been used in sexual activities, c. the proper care has not been taken of the suit. Your warranty may be voided. If you have any concerns, or wish to understand the above better, you are welcome to ask prior to commissioning. 

Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

Every fursuit created is an original wearable art piece tailored to the owner, because of this, returns are not accepted once a fursuit is complete and mailed out to you. 

If there is a large error on our part that could not be seen via photos, we will endeavour to fix it. However, nobody will stop you from selling the costume on to someone else should you find it not to your liking. 


REFUNDS

No refunds will be given once the fursuit production has started, or if any damage has happened that is not due to defect, or maker error.
 

Delivery Process

Once packages are sent out, any damage caused by the postal services is not our fault. 

If such damages do happen, contact your local post office for compensation. 

When shipped out we will send you a photo for proof as a receipt. 

Delivery will be calculated at the end of production, and will be covered by the client. 

The price may increase if the fur or any other specific part of a suit is bought from abroad; this is due to import and customs fees.

If you are local, we can drop the suit off if you are within 50KM of our site (for a $15 fee), pickup can also be arranged, but will have to be discussed first (Subject to availability).
